Here you can get assistance if you have questions about purchased tickets.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Program changes may occur. Cancellations of artists/bands and subsequent program changes will not entitle ticket holders to a refund. Refunds will only be issued in the event of the entire event being cancelled.
A paper ticket is not personal. The ticket can be used by others, even if your name is on it. All types of tickets must be exchanged for a wristband, which will serve as your access pass to the festival area. Each ticket can only be used once, and the barcode will be scanned. All wristbands must be securely fastened to your arm and locked in place for them to be valid as access passes. Once the wristband is attached, it is considered personal and cannot be shared with others.
At Havgaprock, you can pay with both card and Vipps. We recommend everyone to bring a card, as the card terminals have good coverage at all times. This is not always the case with phones.
You can enter Havgaprock the year you turn 15.

We will also be selling soda, water, and coffee. All of these can be paid for in the same way.
The following items are not allowed at the festival:
- Outside food and drinks
- Grills or other ignition equipment
- Sharp objects, e.g. umbrellas
- Dogs or other pets
- Video or audio recording equipment
- DSLR cameras
- Selfie sticks
- Bottles and thermoses
- Items prohibited by Norwegian law
Security personnel have the authority to refuse entry of certain items to the festival area. However, they may also use discretion if you have special needs.
The festival site is located at the far end of Ulla, just before you reach Kvernholmen and Ulla Lighthouse. The stage is perfectly positioned, with the mountains Mannen and Ullahornet in the foreground, and Ulla Lighthouse and the open sea in the background. In front of the stage, there is a natural amphitheater with grassy areas that are perfect for standing or sitting. There will also be plenty of tables and benches for seating. The sea and rocky shore are only 150 meters from the festival site, so it might be wise to bring a windproof jacket, as a breeze can suddenly appear. Additionally, there is a beautiful sandy beach just 200 meters from the festival site, which you can use at your own risk.
There will be toilets available at the festival site.
The Havgaprock festival area is outside of any protected areas, but right across the road is a nature reserve that we will respect. Our goal at Havgaprock is to organize as clean a festival as possible, and we ask all festival-goers to dispose of their litter in the designated trash bins around the area. :)
Accommodation
As always, a first-class festival camp will be set up. The festival camp is located right next to the festival area, on a beautiful field just above the sandy beach in Råvika on Ulla. The camp will be ready from Friday afternoon. It will be great fun to set up tents here. There will also be an opportunity to park RVs at the Ulla small boat club, but please be considerate of those who need to use the dock.
The following are not allowed at the camp area:
Party tents
Grills
Drugs (zero tolerance, and the police will be checking)
Parasols
Glass bottles
Gas bottles
Generators
Furniture
Knives, weapons
Animals
We also ask that all cans and any other litter be picked up and thrown away, as the grass on this field is used for animal feed. There will be festival toilets at the camp. During the festival, there will be security guards stationed at the camp at all times.
The camp is located right next to the festival area.
